- Be literally on the beach – I am talking about sand in the toes and waves lapping close by.
- Serve superior coffee.
- Serve genuine eggs benedict, with ‘real’ hollandaise sauce and free range eggs (Ok, that’s personal).
- Have sufficient offerings, but not excessive, to cater for all dietary requirements
- Have excellent choices of breads, and cereals – preferably home made.
- Have very good, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
- Be prepared, and not make customers wait excessively long hours for their meal.
- Have a relaxed and congenial atmosphere.
- Be pleasing on the eye. You have the sea as a perfect back drop, so does your interior enhance this?
- “All day breakfast”.
- Please you ….. and me.
Location, Location, Location
I feel totally unqualified to answer this until I have visited every cafe on every beach in the world. It might take awhile but I will get back to you. 😀
